Dear hotel manager, i am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that left a sour taste. Firstly, the room allocated to me was in a deplorable condition. The basic amenities (such as drinking water) were lacking. However, the most disturbing aspect was the dirty bedsheets which seemed to have been used previously without being laundered. Utmost disgusting was to see cigarette butts in the bathroom, extremely dirty toilet, and chewing gum stuck on dirty curtains. To make matters worse, the service was virtually non-existent. Despite repeated requests, the housekeeping staff failed to address my concerns, and the room was not cleaned during my entire stay. Furthermore, my interactions with the receptionist - were unpleasant. He was saying "you could have informed the housekeeping staff if the toilets were dirty and there was no water in the room; this gave an impression that they are not even bothered about the services they are supposed to offer. They didn't even know that breakfast was included, and it simply shows as if they do not know how to run a hotel establishment, especially with a brand name of the reputed "fab hotel. The staff member was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of concern for my grievances. These issues collectively made my stay at your hotel an unpleasant experience. As a paying customer, i expect a certain level of service and quality, which your hotel failed to provide. Such disgusting service is absolutely unexpected from a fab hotel. This dirty place is leaving no stone unturned in bringing the name, fame and reputation of fab hotel chain. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to address these concerns.
