"A Comfortable and Hassle-Free Stay
My stay was extremely comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and the caretaker was attentive and did an excellent job. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at an affordable price.

Awesome experience nice stay
coupleThe impeccable service and hospitality of ashish made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you, ashish and your entire staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat which we extended for 10 days. What is most commendable is that our numerous request was attended by ashish in just one phone call. Rooms were cleaned daily just felt like home. Would recommend this apartment to everyone who wish to stay in north goa.

Great apartment, clean, spacious, most attentive staff ever
Really lovely apartment, very spacious and clean, has everything you need. If it doesn't then don't worry because the staff there, (Ashish property manager) and the caretaker (forgot his name 😭), are so helpful and so attentive, they will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Everything is very organised, ashish even sent multiple lists of things to do, restaurants, beaches, clubs, bars and so on which are all nearby. Location is great, it's very lively around, the night market was right round the corner, loads of restaurants nearby, so much nightlife, Baga beach is 10 mins away by scooter. The pool is lovely to swim in, and clean. I'd say the only negative thing would be that the pool closes too early (7pm), would be great if it was open till late, and the lift scared the shit out of me (good thing cos it got me using the stairs more) 😂. And also please leave more towels in the room, because we just had 2 for showering, but nothing for hands or the floor. Ashish and the caretaker were honestly so helpful, really made us feel comfortable while we stayed there. the beach nearby, the night market, and very random selection of our bottle collection in the apartment 😂.

It was good and sweet experience in hotel and staff was so supportive and helpful specially the property manager ashish and cearteker mobin both are very good people and helpful

Excellent Stay
We really had a great time, apartment was maintained well, clean and tidy. Great location. Pool was clean. Everything about this apartment was great. Momin and ashish bhai were too polite and always available they both took good care of us. The best experience ever in goa

Excellent place for staying
All the staff is very polite and supportive and ready to help no matter what time it is so me and my friends had excellent time and it is a beautiful and peaceful place for a vacation.
