The view is BEST of all. Rooms are not maintained well. Big rooms enough to accommodate good amount of cockroach. The caretaker is just soo lazy to answer our questions also. I paid for the stay with Breakfast but ended up with nothing

The property was good, but the service was very bad. Manpower was insufficient to give proper services to the guests. Some initial services like geyser did not work but the staff did not bother to provide a solution. Tarrif was also high.

Amazing view! But The mud road that leads to resort was all dug up the day we checked in, had to walk by foot carrying our luggage. Due to unseason, kitchen was closed, not even coffee r tea sachets were available in the room, for everything had to go all the way to Araku town I am sure during the season it might be better though

Room was good but the service are very poor . No tea, breakfast and any kind of food facility there.

Nice place and well maintained. Location is into the valley before the approach road of Madakasira view point. It has a Cell Tower as Land Mark and 500 mts from the main road and is off road. The view is superb with lots mist due the open land. I strongly recommend this as it has best scenic beauty and all the ameneties are available.

Facility is good but service is poor. Food is good.

The only good thing was the room. They didn't serve the breakfast on time. We waited for 1. 5 hours. The room cost is extremely high. I am done

I traveled to araku with my family and friends and it’s good place to stay and enjoy the nature, especially location is awesome. Path way is wet and if they maintain the garden area then it could be one of the best place to stay in araku.

Very good view from the room. The overall maintenance and staff are good. It was a good stay with family

The rooms are located in a remote place away from the main araku town, which makes it secluded and totally silent, eerie and dark at night. The place is very new and they havent yet put all the light bulbs. The place looks magnificent in the morning because it is in the miidle of the valley. But the cons surpass the pros because the phone doesnt work, he manager has no belp whatsoever inside the premises. The breakfast is pathetic, he has to go always to town to bring any slightest of required items at the rooms. In my opinion if u are a group of freinds and can enjoy u should book. Otherwise family and couple should totally avoid this place. Any ways mm t dont give stars without knowing the details. They are not ready to host people

Service staff and maintenance was pathetic. Food was terrible no one was there to take order or provide food for us. I do not recommend the stay

The location of the resort is cool, surrounded by mountains. A little bit unplanned staff. They don't know what they are doing. Owners are cool but the staffing hasn't been done nicely. Food was tasty but it was served ice cold. Zomato doesn't work here. It's still a new resort it'll need some time to fully function. But anyway 5 stars to the spacious rooms, very clean.
