Food was good. Location was also good. The quality of resort can be improved

We were offered suites for the same charges as Deluxe NON AC. Thanks to the management. They are really big rooms with hall and master bedroom with balcony. King size bed can easily accomodate 3 adults while two single beds in hall can accomodate 2 adults. Very Nice location of the property though access road is narrow. Property is huge with multiple buildings and huge common area. Property is at stone throw distance from 2 main attractions of Araku i.e Chocolate factory and padmapuram gardens. Balcony offers a picturesque view of tree lines.

The stay was good and the staff is very cooperative. the rooms are very spacious and the food is very good especially onion pakodi as evening snacks. the rooms were very spacious, playing equipment available for children. pet lovers can play with dogs.

It's helpful, and behaviour is good. You can take it when you are going to arakku vally for tour .For Family it is Good.

The resort was clean and in good condition. The food was nice, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

it's location is amazing, and near to araku valley it's around 1.5 km and nearer to padmapuram garden chocolate factory 🏭 , peaceful and calm place. food is available and they delivere food directly to your room on your order..

We didn't like our stay at ushodaya resorts. Hot water is not coming and we informed twice. They just came and said wait for 10 mints it will come. But no hot water. Araku is a cool place and hot water is a must especially when you are travel-ling with small kids.

We felt uneasy and unsafe upon arrival because of a few drunk people (probably guests) loitering in the reception area. Then after being guided to our room on the second floor with no lift or elevator we were shocked to see holes and gaps in the door, and then an unclean toilet, and a squeaky noisy master bed added to our woes. Add to it broken window pane, dust bins the whole place seemed to be falling apart which indicated lack of upkeep and maintenance. There was no room service and while there was multiple numbers in a sticker no-one picked up the call. There was no kettle or mini fridge and even the towels kept seemed dirty. While the breakfast next day was surprisingly good the property is certainly not worth the money paid for and will not recommend to travellers as there is much scope for improvement.

Allocated room is very spacious and the washroom is super clean. Food they provided as complimentary breakfast is delicious and the restaurant available on the premises provided door delivery as well. Location is near to railway station and chocolate factory.

Upgraded our room to classic from standard . The staff was very cooperative . Served delicious food . Suggesting to have a good approach road to the property and need transportation for the guest without own vehicle .100% for the guests with there own vehicle.

This place is nothing like a resort but more like a hostel. Please do not be fooled . Very unhygienic and unclean and as a family we felt quite unsafe in the premises. Even though we stayed just for the night, we faced multiple problems: 1) Geyser hot water will be available only for a limited period of time in the morning. 2) Breakfast option and taste is subpar 3) Very dirty linen, pillows, blankets and overall room The worst part of the entire ordeal is we paid over 6k for one night to stay in this condition which was not worth even a single penny (and yes you have to pay extra for even the wifi which has the most terrible coverage). Please avoid this property if you are a family and looking for a decent place to stay.
