I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel staff during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt that the staff were unprofessional and uninterested in helping guests. Hospitality and good customer service were clearly lacking, which made the entire experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel if you are expecting friendly or attentive staff.

It was good staying in alluri resort overall it's satisfactory. Staff behaviour is also good.

Resort is near by tifin centre, dinner/lunch parcel to be taken/done from Royal Darbar restaurant.MTR restaurant is good near to Araku 🚌 bus stand.vehicle must be hired.must visit excellent place.

These were very beautiful rooms and very big and spacious, clean, hygienic, excellent staff support and washrooms were also very clean and spacious..

The room and bathroom are very clean but geyser did not work. They said it will work in 30min but it didn't.

room is good but there was no food, but some restaurants provide home delivered food. I think my stay would be even better if there was a restaraunt but anyway it was good

We had a nice stay at Alluri, with a nice view from the room we stayed in, which was neat and clean. Staff were courteous and they offered the food delivery as well. Overall it's a good experience.

The staff at Alluri Resort are very welcoming, and the rooms are well maintained. They even provided hot water in the washroom. Overall, the maintenance is excellent.

Although rooms are neat clean but lift was not operating due due break down and property owner didn't give any satisfactory reply for it. TV was not operating when checked with them they told us to watch youtube in our mobile using their wifi.

We stayed in AC deluxe room. Room is very spacious. Neat and clean. Hot water was available. Comfortable stay. For dinner we have to order from a nearby restaurant. Resorts staff were courteous.

Good service… room very hygienic…food also available in that hotel. Looking very good. Bathroom also very hygienic, convenient for all type of people and safety… staff were immediately responding… overall good

The tv is not working in the room and also the room has lots of flies which is disturbing. And more over there is no signal in the hotel
