Review Of Vaidh Business Hotel

The room was booked for 17th february to 19th 2 nights: family room (3 adults. As booking was done through mmt, verified with hotel for receipt of the booking. On 17th morning the hotel staff called for enquire about the time of arrival. The hotel staff confirmed about the booking, informed that our family can occupy the room any time after 11 am. Finally when reached at 4 pm, the room family room was not ready, the staff offered alternate room for 1 hour (saying that our room will ready in 1 hour. The alternate room was a old room not cleaned for few days, dirty, all the cables for tv connection (electrical & other wires) exposed. Tv not available. As we don't have choice & need to attend a function by 6 pm agreed to take the room. When my daughter want to take shower, she found that there is no hot water. The staff were running around clueless, after 10 minutes she completed her bath with cold water. Ac remote 1 or 2 for all the 20+ rooms, the staff switches on ac any temparature control or switching of, need to call the staff. Finally after all this unpleasant experience during check in, we finally got family room after 1. 30 hrs, which is just cleaned superficial, pillow covers not changed (dirty smell. Finally i understood that most of the reviews on this property (on mmt) fake & don't justify even single star. Horrible hotel

Very bad hotel with absolutely no facilities. The main door handle was broken, the locking facility was missing. Basic items like towels, dental kit, shampoo etc was missing. We had to ask fr it. It took 45 mins fr tea to be delivered. It was an horrible experience.

Rooms are stinky and smelling, and don't look like how they are in photos. Amenities are not up to the mark. Very small rooms. Ac was not working and mosquitoes were there.

Hotel proximity is good. The building hosts reliance markets as well as cafeteria. Rooms are good, hygiene. Hospitality shown by staff is good. Overall, a good stay.

Good network but small rooms & hot water available after 6:30am only that is very sad and not suitable for early morning travellers

There were no ac remotes in all rooms and didnt worked in some rooms t. V is not working in some rooms. They haunt allotted the no. Of beds i booked and charged extra amount from me, they said if i book through makemytrip, they cant provide proper service if i book offline they will take xare

Hot water is not available. Tv remote was not given. Ac was working but not given remote to up the temperature. Location is good.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and simple. The amenities were basic but sufficient. The dining options were good, and i enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with its nice views. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a decent choice for a pleasant stay without luxury frills.
