Location is good enough, food was terrible, and except WiFi there was no such amenities to mention about

We have booked for king size bed but not given king size bed it is two separate beds and Tv is not working

Location is good.... metro and other local restaurants are there in nearbye market.. . but one problems is... rooms and bathrooms are very very small...and smell of Dampness ...rest is ok....

Food is delicious, facilities are good. Premisis is clean and tidy. Felt safe and secure. Would appreciate if there's car parking. But over all it's a nice place to stay. I would recommend it.

Basically my rating is 3.5/5 but 3.5 is not available so had to give 3 here. Can’t give the “Good” rating as there were some issues the moment I checked in. First of all, the internet wasn’t working since the time I checked in. It was Saturday and it took a long time to get it fixed. Yet the receptionist lady was polite enough to help me troubleshoot the problem. Secondly, the cupboard lock wasn’t present. In case of valuables present, it has to be kept at your own risk. Thirdly, there was no hair dryer present but it was mentioned in description that it is available. Fourthly, the toilet seat was broken. Not at all expected from a hotel like this. Lastly, they would provide only 1L of water free per day whereas other hotels provide 2L. Water bottles beyond 1L per day is chargeable. Just wondering how a person could survive on 1L of water and they have no arrangement of water purifier to refill our bottles. Only option is to buy water bottle by spending 20/- Well, let’s talk about the good things - Bed is nice, comfortable and spacious. AC & Geyser work fine. Some plug points may not work yet it is manageable so no complaints as such.

Additionally, there were no basic toiletries like a toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Overall, the maintenance and amenities did not meet expectations.
