I found easy in using this app and convenient as it is very user friendly. Also found suitable place through this platform

The staff was professional and polite, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would love to visit again

Stuff are like to be criminal. They are drinking alcohol. Behavior not good. Rooms are not clean. I booked 2 days but seeing their criminal like behavior i cheek out same day.

The room was not in a good condition. Bathroom was clearly visible by outsiders from big ventilation. The manager didn't answer the call. Kitchen service was not good.

The stay was overall okay but service needs to be worked upon. Staff is not sure how the service industry works. They are lazy and need training. However, ambience was overall okay for people with minimal budget.

We were charged more than twice the cost of the food until we challenged the charges and asked for an itemised invoice. Less than average accommodation facility for the price. The linen were old and pretty much torn.

In good location but staff are not good, assamese thalli is not available, in the morning tea is also not given, when i try to contact staff for. Morning tea, they are are sleeping in the kitchen at 7 am

Drinking water and towel was not provided

The hotel location was good. But the management is very poor. And the toilet was dirty.

Overall good but food is highly expensive

Beautiful & clean bedroom & bathroom, pleasant lighting, very helpful & polite staffs, peaceful residential location. Will definitely visit whenever next time we visit guwahati. In house kitchen and easily accessible location. Visitors are allowed to bring food from swiggy, zomato, etc.

It was a pleasant stay. Room was clean. Room service was not bad. Its just the food is little bit costly as compared to its quality. Also the food delivery was quite late. Anyways, overall it was a good stay.
