The above photos confirm the worst conditions of the rooms in tycoon resort, usilampatti.

It was a wonderful experience. Food was awesome and the service they provided was amazing. I'm really wondering why there is negative comments. It's really worth for money. Please don't book through make my trip because i was cheated by them. Actual cost for the room is very lesser than what i paid. And i tried customer care but there is no proper response. They replied that the rates are ai generated so they can't do anything. Actual price is 6500 but i paid 10500. So please call the resort directly and pay

No staffs, no cleanliness, no proper attention & ambience is tooo worse, vacation will be spoiled if we stay there, pool is not in good condition

While booking they charge for rs. 6360 but while check in they charge extra 2000 rupees

We stayed in amazon room. In that they have two rooms, both rooms not changed pillow covers and bed sheets and ac not working properly in both rooms. Finally toilet is the worst thing in that rooms.

Lot of mosquito bites in the room no privacy. All sounds heard outside and to adjacent room bathroom flush not working blankets not provided even when asked for ac no proper cooling effect swimming pool was dirty booking tariff included lunch or dinner as complimentary. But i was charged for that. When asked for, the receptionist behaved so rude i would recommend anyone not to book this resort at any cost. Green royale s better option

Customer service is very bad. They dont even respond for emergency. Very bad experience

Everything so much good in-like everything

the environment was marvelous but climate let it down a bit, lushgreen gardens. everywhere good. the food was yummy both veg and non veg. room service was also up to the mark 🎯. kudos the team tycoon🥇

Very poor air-conditioning very hot inside

I have checked-in to tycoon resort, usilampatti today i. E. Aug 7th 2021, i was supposed to get the room by 12:00 pm, but i was told that there was some plumbing work going on so they gave an alternative room which is not adequate at all, there is no fan in the room and the air-conditioning is not functioning properly, i am stranded outside now and i am not even getting a proper response from the hoteliers. I have come here with my wife (she is in to her trimester, 9th month) and all these time she had to wait outside without any place to rest.

We missed the wow factor in the resort
There was no wow factor in the resort. One thing is that as the crowd increased the importance to smaller customers has come down. Staffs are strained

Over all hotel is good. But i had bad experience in dinner food which we are ordered via hotel. Its not boiled properly all non veg items.

Uncleaned rooms, toilet flush not working, worst ever bedspreads i have seen in a family room. Only good thing is indoor games

Recommended for families friends.

The cost is not matching with the facilities and amenities inside the room. I had stayed in Rosella room at the price which is very high for the room size and amenities available inside. But outdoor activities and indoor games were worth mentioning. Not feeling for a second visit.

I have stayed in this resort wow what a place I really loved it so peaceful pleasant and fully surrounded by nature and mountains only the food is not up to the mark or else it's the best place to spend our vacation.

Our kids were enjoyed well with birds, pool, Park we too enjoy the nature scene, fully wood cottage is so attractive.
