Good Stay
Stay is Excellent. But the cost of the buffet is very expensive. Though the food is good. But extremely expensive. Good for a family vacation.

Terrible Stay
AC remote was not working, morning no water for 3-4 hrs and no one responded...their phone numbers are not working. Our stay at Tropicana Resort & Spa, Alibaug was extremely disappointing and far below basic hospitality standards. The AC remote in our room didn’t work, the in-room phone was dead, and we were left without water for 3–4 hours in the morning. To our shock, the manager casually told us to take water in buckets instead of fixing the issue promptly. This is completely unacceptable for any hotelThe lack of basic facilities, poor maintenance, and unprofessional handling of guest problems made our experience unpleasant. We will not return.

Excellent Stay
The stay was excellent but the food was terrible yuck. Dont waste your money on buffet , there are very few options according to the value of money and the taste is disaster.

"A stay to remember as senior citizen"
The location is absolutely plateaued which is a boon for senior citizen. Very nicely maintained with lots of greenery around. All the staffs from front office to the utility were very supportive. Special care was taken about the choise and preferences about senior citizens like us in food and stay. Have to mention specially about Chef Rupali who made it possible for us to enjoy taste of homely food. Received cooperation from all staffs front office to the utility department. God bless all.

The hotel room was not up to mark extension phone not working comod was broken no mini fridge in the room as mentioned while booking then got hurt because of the leakege of fridge

Amazing Stay!!
It was a great stay, the food was good and the nature of the resort was refreshing. However, the room was not spot on clean the 1st day, but upon mentioning it to the authorities, it was clean the next day. Overall, an amazing experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tropicana Resort. Staff is really efficient and well behaved. Food was amazing, we booked dinner buffet as well. All in all a great staycation option for people based out of Mumbai.

Bad for the price charged
Had paid for 2 rooms, but the experience wasn’t worth it at all. The rooms were small and simple, the open bath-tub was dirty and had bird droppings all over. The mini fridge was stinking so didn’t feel like keeping anything in that. The stay we had booked for the previous day was so much much better at 15k excl breakfast. The only good part was the buffet breakfast- good variety and taste but definitely not worth the additional 15k comparatively. Wi-Fi wasn’t given during check in had to ask and even then had problems logging in so had to go to the front desk for it. Overall not worth it.

Poor Stay
The washroom was not clean and the outdoor shower was without a hot water facility and was also not clean. The property was good and beautiful but the rooms were not up to the price.

very bad hotel management
Property location and food was good. But the service was very bad and poor at the reception and room service and maintainece. The AC in the room was not working and my half day was wasted in getting it repaired. They were also not willing to change my room initially but they changed it at night. The property was not at all clean and tidy. Very badly managed property in terms of cleanliess of rooms and overall premises.

We recently stayed at Hotel Tropicana Alibag, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The rooms lacked cleanliness, which was a major letdown. The breakfast spread was limited, especially for non-vegetarians. The options were not varied, and it didn't meet our expectations. Considering the issues we faced, I wouldn't recommend Hotel Tropicana Alibag without improvements in cleanliness and dining options. Hope the management takes feedback seriously and works on enhancing guest experiences.

Had booked my stay at this property from MakeMyTrip ... However upon reaching the hotel, it was informed that my booking is not available with Hotel ... MakeMyTrip Customer Service kept me on hold for 13 mins and then cut the call ... Confirm your stay with property before visiting to avoid hassele w.r.t Property, it is run by Club Mahindra with poor service. Swimming Pool water is just still and dirty with insects and fungus leaving unusable ... Service very slow from Housekeeping to restaurant ... Not worth the price Taj Alibag can be better option at this price

Average Stay
The room was small, the open shower was not functional, no one came to repair it even after callling reception twice. The prime place is available only to club mahindra members, other rooms are quite far away from restaurants, receptions, bars and other facilities. The rate is quite high as compared to the environment provided. Food was decent and the buffet had limited options, no meat, no Chinese. The buffet breakfast menu was also limited with one non-veg option. There were no salads available, no continental dishes, no sandwiches.. It might be a good option for club mahindra subscribers, but not worth it for normal travellers, paying 10000+ /day can land you to any good option.
