Excellent Place to Stay

basic amenities like breakfast is not available. room doesn't had towels , soap, shampoo, phone instrument. reception desk had no person during our arrival and departure. parking is very congested and not even their. their was a big pool party gng on during our check in wherein the people and music were both loud. for food need to go out.

Pleasent atmosphere,good service,good cleanliness,good food served. People are very polite .Valu for money.

Location is far away if hav ur own car then ok otherwise not easily accessible, food available is good but need more variety limited items available, breakfast complimentary but hardly 2 items available in breakfast. we booked super deluxe for 18000 but accordingly services and amenities not that excellent they are ok ok. with this price can get better hotels.

are you kidding me, I paid a good amount for a property which is having no basic things. I don't have complaint with the hotel bcz what they are quoting for a property is still justified but how could you quote such amount when the pool is dirty, rooms with no basic necessity things like kettle, tea n coffee sachets. breakfast only 2 things available u don't have any option. highlyyyyyy disappointed . location vise the property is good, hospitality vise they are good but living in a no star property and paying is making me feel like a fool. I keep traveling n my experience is poor. do you have any criteria of quoting pricing? what taxes are you taking when you are unable to offer basic things. sorry but ur credibility is questionable.

Property is very nice Food quality is excellent Team is very humble Searched online.

It was a good stay. Breakfast was average and stay was near beach it was around 2-3 minute walking distance.

Over prised 5k plus for a night and room misses the basic amenities like hot kettle and tea-coffee set up. No bathroom amenities except 2 smallest soaps. Had lunch and dinner- food was good. Breakfast was disappointing. Total 3 choices( misal, burji and poha) out of which we were suppose to choose only 2 that too a one serving can't go for second round. Ambiance is nice, closs to beach Can't step out of hotel premises after 7 pm. It's too dark and nothing around. Good place if they charge less money (around 3,000), but for 5K plus not worth.

The stay was good it was attached to beach, rooms were spacious and clean. Overall experience was good with family

Hello everyone here I am going to share my pathetic experience with Mi hay Koli resort Alibaug,we booked our Family suite in their resort on 16th and 17th of August 2024 , while booking online some error is coming again and again so I am not able to book once so I had tried around 5-6 times and what I saw suddenly the price shoot up with ₹2000/- any ways concern is not this but now why I am Writing my experience with you people to warn you please don't waste your money for planning booking with them. In family suit basic Electric kettle was not there I need that for my younger 2 year's old daughter for cerelac ,they don't have small refrigerator no coffee or milk sachets are there, no proper cupboards are there only single small cupboard is there not sufficient to put things for family and it was SOOOO CALLED FAMILY SUITE. Bathroom are not at all up to the mark ,we booked breakfast included package for two day's ,first day when we reach to their buffet room they only have Puri bhaji and poha and most interesting I first time heard in so called 4 Star ⭐ resort is having restrictions on Puri, only 4 puri's are allowed to single guest and the size of Puri is toooooo small no proper tea or coffee is there . In our family suite we saw cobwebs in so many places. We paid for 2 day's with NO facilities we are regretting on our decision to chose that D Grade restore, Please don't waste your money spent somewhere else like hotels near Alibaug Bech they seems quite clean and someone told us the charges are around 4000/- per day .BIG NOOOOO for Mi Hay Koli resort Alibaug. Totally failure management there.

Stay is ok not bad not awesome. Hotel need to provide more basic facilities as compared to the price charge.

It was terrible experience in hotel stay, they charged us for higher accommodation but provided very small room without any service. Also provided the bill of lower value of rs only instead of which i had paid. Food in the hotel was very bad with bug’s in the breakfast(upma. Need custom care service contact for my return.
