Extremely happy with the stay very pleasant and the caretaker Santosh was available throughout the time and helped us out with food. Must visit property.

Insects in room ,No cleanliness like other stay vista properties ,unhygienic , not as shows in pictures, not worth it

The villa we stayed in was an absolute gem! Located in a serene, picturesque setting, it offered the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The spacious rooms were beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The private pool and lush garden provided a peaceful retreat, while the fully equipped kitchen made dining in a breeze. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this villa is the ideal place to unwind. The villa is in very bad condition. its very vibrant and happening property but in actual for spending good weekend its not that good as per pictures. Very bad and disappointing experience!

The care taker was pestering constantly about something or the other. We checked-in at 11pm. And the first thing the host tells is that you have to checkout early. 2 acs were also not working. Very bad experience. The care taker kept on pestering us to leave the property. 1. Both acs of first floor were tripping down with no cooling 2. The first thing the host said was when we checked in at 11pm at the gate itself that you have to leave early. I mean we drove all the way after our full day of work not to hear his constant pestering to leave leave leave 3. I asked for a basic kitchen access gas to make eggs probably i was asked to pay 2000 pathetic experience, i have booked stayvista's a bunch of times before and everytime is something or the other trying to make money at every step. Never booking again.

It was the worst experience ever! i went there with my husband, parents and my baby sister. We reached the property at around 3:30. And the moment we stepped inside what greeted us was the horrid musty smell of mold and it was unbearable. When we went to check out the entire property, it was very poorly maintained and so so old that it was full of mold, walls were peeling, there was water seepage everywhere, the pool was unclean, there were stains literally in ever piece of furniture with upholstery. And don't even get me started on the table tennis table. The pictures were completely misleading and misrepresented. Those were taken almost 10 years ago. The entire villa was in a dilapidated condition and we were worried the roof's gonna come crashing down. The bedding was so disgusting that we literally ran out of the property. My father who has dust allergy started sneezing uncontrollably. I immediately contacted team and i was connected to a female employee. When i told her my plight, her only reply was that "pictures cannot be updated daily or even monthly or even yearly. I was baffled with such an inhumane reply by that employee. The call got disconnected and then when i called back again i was connected to someone else to whom i had to explain everything all over again. They asked me to send a mail attaching pictures of the current condition of the villa and i promptly did that. And after 30 mins, i called them again, was connected to a new person again and another explanation had to be given about the entire thing and he told me they will look into it. Losing all hope i contacted the stay-vista team and the manager mr. arrived about 30 minutes later. I explained everything to him. He initially denied us help. Then after a lot of back and forth with us and negotiations with his superiors, 2 hrs later he shifted us to a nearby property. And at 6 pm, called me to tell me that they couldn't contact the property. And at 10 pm they again called asking me if the problem was resolved. They couldn't even contact the property even till 10 pm. What sort of business model is this? they absolutely did nothing whatsoever. Even after i told them that i was standing on the road for 2 hours did nothing. Never have i ever spoken to such downright irresponsible people my whole life. Never seen a business treat their customer this way and still stay in business.

The property and the staff is very supportive and the food team done well to make as satisfied with the food, i’ll love the stay, i’ll look forward to it and explore more and find good deals.

Santosh, caretaker is very hospitable and took good care of us. Good location and building. Only issue was the neighbouring property had guests playing loud music through the day.

The stay was okay, location is very far from basic facilities it’s in some small village of alibaug where even zomato doesn’t deliver any food secondly the table tennis table and racquets are outdated. Pictures shown is completely different from reality swimming pool water is also so cold that you cannot even enter the pool there is nothing else to do besides property so every-time u step out you waste 30 mins for going and 30 mins for coming will definitely not visit again

Couldn’t have had a better stay in alibag. The villa is beautiful with great interiors. Santosh, the caretaker, is extremely polite and made the stay even better.
