we paid 12.5k for 1 night stay. it was not worth it. poor service. Tv was not working. no electricity connection in many boards. Average food quality.

The stay was good.bwr had booked two rooms. I had called Shubham, the property manager to ensure he gives two next to each other. He ensured that. He is good and efficient. The place is good, not exemplary or so - provides what it should. we had the cottage with the private pool. But it will require some cleaning and maintenance for people to get in. we didn't insist for it. The food is good, the staff will try and what you ask for. The breakfast provide in the package is simple. overall, it is quaint, small place with a few rooms/cottages. The staff is good - especially Shashi (a junior staff) & the restaurant main guy (sorry I didn't get his name). They sent us off with a small Diwali package. Good touch. One thing, the pictures may give the impression that the property has easy access to the beach. It doesn't. Maybe it did ones, not anymore. Other properties, including new ones under construction, have blocked it. Just saying.

The stay is really good. The staff is courteous too. Only challenge is that the road was very broken due to the rains. But the pool, room, everything was really well maintained. It has very beautiful coastal appeal to it.

I stayed there for a weekend with my wife. This place very peaceful and cosy to stay. The staff is courteous and quick to respond. They prepared food according to our preference and served us well

It was good experience. Just tvs recharge was not done, so couldnt watch tv at night. Other than that everything was perfect. Restaurant gets closed 9:30 in night. It would have better if closing time could be little late.

Excellent experience. The place is very cozy and peaceful. Rooms were spacious, clean and hygienic. Staff was very helpful and polite. Overall had a great time !!

Rooms are goof but the property is small and not value for money

Location: too much away from main road and not accessible after sunset. Poor transport,hence appeared like "haunted" place. Food: very very limited choice. Rating will be 1.5 on scale of 5 Facilities:Excellent

they said it is sea view room, but there was no sea view. there is building construction in the front. the hotel was not honest. I paid 12,000 for sea view and hence feel cheated.

Boutique place in the quaint corner close to the Revdanda beach , had a good time besides the pool with Ranjit catering to our each and every need.Food is top notch , perfect for a quiet weekend getaway.

Hotel is good. Ambience is good. But service is not up to the mark. Also, cleanliness need to be improved. Staff need to be trained for the service.

Very overrated. Charging very high price and giving poor service. In complimentary breakfast only 2 options are giving like paav bhaji & upma.

The stay was decent but not as expected. The TV was not working, breakfast option was very limited. The food counter closed by 2.30 and started again after 7.30 so you don't have any option if you want anything in the afternoon and evening.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The washrooms could also use some maintenance as the shower heads were choked. The food at the restaurant was not upto the mark.

In a very surprising note for me the hotel resort tuned out to be well maintened and its location was so good that you can access the back of fort and beach at close proximity. I would highly recommend if someone looking for well maintained resort and to the scale of 3-4 star property, then coastal heritage is your choice.

1. hotel was not worth against their charges of 12,000 inr per night 2. rooms were small 3. bathroom were stinking 4. private pool was too deep so can't enjoy with kids 5. private pool was top most room in resort and was not having bath tub 6. bathroom all accessories were rusted 7. no floating breakfast was offered in private pool with excuse that if stay is for two days then only customer is eligible. 8. property was in such a area no network was available 9. poor wifi services 10. breakfast offered was upma, bhaji and bread butter. rest anything you wish is chargeable 11. food quality is average as it seems they have used food color in dishes which was ordered big no for their marketing pitch of feel like bali*. staff was good. they were giving their best to support customer.

Quite costly, no direct access to the beach, very less options for breakfast. Issue with the hot water for bath.
