Amazing location, good food, maintained property. Try this if you want to take rest & chill

Property was Delightful. Spacious rooms, massive hall, superior washrooms. The greenery around is quite picturesque. Ideal for staycation for a bunch of people be it family or friends. The greatest demerit is its location at a very very off beat place and the way leading to property. It’s a bumpy road into the dense forest with no lights on the way. It is not very close the beaches as well. Caretaker is a friendly man.

The villa is an average villa in a forest. The road to the villa was rough. The place is not clean with cockroaches and bees all over the place. Need a proper pest control done. Food was okay with very limited option. Overall an average.

I recently stayed at masaya homestay and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the property is well-maintained and offers beautiful scenery, which adds to the overall charm of the place. However, there are several areas that need improvement. Firstly, the road leading to the property is very bumpy, making the journey quite uncomfortable. Secondly, the food at the homestay is expensive, which deterred us from ordering; we had to go out for meals instead. Additionally, the check-in and check-out timings are a bit odd, with check-in at 1 pm and check-out at 10 am. They do not offer extensions, and the generator is turned off at 10 pm, which can be inconvenient. For the amount charged, the absence of a swimming pool is another downside. While the overall scenery is good, the value for money is just average. Overall, while the stay has its benefits, there are several aspects that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

The staff, food, location and the property everything is great

The stay was very comfortable. Good hospitality from the staff. We loved the place. Appreciate the choice of the detailing for the interiors and landscaping of the villa. Food served was delicious. It was a truly relaxing and memorable trip.

Very well maintained property. It’s at a secluded part of the city, hence if you are looking to escape the humdrum of the city, this is the place to be. overlooking gorgeous landscape, with wonderful caretakers. We had a great stay and would love to go back there :)

Communication problems of caretaker, property not at all in good condition. Untold security charges at the time of check in. As promised chefs will be available who knows international cuisines. But those two ladies can make local food only don’t even know dal makhani means. Disgusting n felt cheated

The villa experience was good. The hospitality was on point - managed by polite and humble staff. The location was in the midst of forest and serene. While the property is slightly different (exteriors, from the pictures shown. The exterior can be a little more well maintained. The hygiene inside was excellent. Food was great too. I would totally recommend the place for small group.

Villa is beautiful and good for staycation. Would not recommend in the slightest if you plan to visit the nearby beaches or to go anywhere in the vicinity ( which was our purpose of visiting anyway. The description on any website by the way doesn't even slightly hint on the ordeals one has to go through to reach it. (read: do not risk your own car, rent an suv. You will literally be stranded with nothing but food prepared in the villa by the caretaker himself ( very tasty albeit expensive given it is very very basic, and in our case not even planned but a compulsion, we were stuck and were left all by ourselves to bargain with the local contractors to get the approach road renovated in time to just get out of the property. All in all a very stressful and pathetic stay and not recommended to go through so much trouble for a short stay.
