we stayed with a large group of 30 ppl. was excellent, the care taker group is very nice and very respectful and responsive.

Location of the villa was excellent..Property was not well maintained..their lounge area had leakages allover so she shifted us to dining area for sitting..we stayed for 2 nights..1st we had all the meals from the villa itself..but the taste & quality was pathetic that's why on 2nd day we didn't order food from them..thanks to Kihim beach resort which was nearby we had good food i would recommend to try them..caretaker & back office staff was not very helpful..being a caretaker of 12 bhk villa it was his duty to remain present all the time for the convenience of guests but he was absent all the time..& next time please anybody wants to book this villa i will suggest don't go only on the basis of pics..it's not worth the money they charge..
