Cleaning problem, room service not proper,

Nice and very convenient location which was situated near to the Sea Beach. The hospitality was moderate. It was a good property but they need to improve their services. They provided basic facilities only. Cleanliness and security were up to the mark.

Nearby beach, safe for family, peaceful palace, staff behaviour good, overall good.

Behaviour of the hotelier was not at all good. The room was good and comfortable. The property was not much cleaned. The location was good though. The staffs were not friendly.
