Horrible experience ever.. I have booked the hotel as per the picture shown but was shocked to find out the rooms were not even 1℅ the same as shown. We reached late at night so had to manage the night there but checked out the next day. Bathroom smell was on another level and very unhygienic. The services were too slow. Highly disappointed.

staff behaviour was good and the property was also fine , there were some proplem related to the property that it was old but it never disappoint because of the staff they help you alot ..

Worst hotel ever. The photos seems wow but the hotel is a proper drain. It seemed like stayed in a drain. Electricity not working, Ac not working, the staff ) , you cannot call them, no service at all.. PROPER DRAIN IN UDAIPUR.

It is a very beautiful hotel, the staff is also good, the room was also very good, the cleanliness was also good, the service was also very good.

hotel is good but services are not so good swimming pool is not cleaned for one whole day and we book two rooms in one room smeels so bad that we have to use our air fresher to stay and sleep

Good room but pool not look same as picture in website and the pool timing should increase its current time is 7 am to 7pm and the pool should clean after every 2 or 3 day

The photos and reality... there is a lot of difference, and that is not a swimming pool but just a big bath tub

Very Poor Room Service. Poor Parking Facility. A.C is not working properly. Rate is high as Room price. Swimming pool is too small for adult. No proper respresention of food.

Property location was average. But rooms and service was excellent. Swimming on top of the roof was excellent experience

The hotel room was nice as saw in photos. The staff was very cooperative like i have rarely seen such a staff. The roof top swimming pool was clean and the food of the restaurant was also great like yum. They were very helpful. Loved the hotel. The main con that i went through was the bathroom was small and no place was there to keep facewash or brushes.

The hotel falls far short of its claimed 3-star rating. Situated on a steep incline, access to the property is challenging without an automatic vehicle. The road leading to the hotel is poorly maintained, and the so-called parking lot is merely a vacant plot riddled with rocks and potholes, capable of accommodating only 4-5 cars. Drivers must exercise extreme caution to avoid damaging their vehicles and tires. The property consists of two buildings. The main building is old, with subpar interiors and inadequate lighting, giving it a shady atmosphere. The bathrooms in this building are also in poor condition. The swimming pool is nothing more than a rectangular tank filled with water, which is quite disappointing. Luckily, we were assigned rooms in the newer building, which is significantly better. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-lit. However, one of the bathrooms had a drainage blockage that required multiple applications of acid by the staff to clear. Additionally, neither of the bathrooms had exhaust fans. Despite these issues, the stay was comfortable in the new building. However, the reception staff's behavior was abysmal. They were uncooperative, even when the problems were clearly on their side. The higher management seems indifferent to the operations. On a positive note, one staff member in our building was exceptionally active and quick to address issues, earning him some brownie points. Breakfast is served at the rooftop café setup. Initially, we faced problems with the food being cold and insufficient in quantity. After multiple complaints and discussions, they eventually provided freshly made food. However, the area itself had poor interiors and seating. In conclusion, this hotel is absolutely not recommended if you care about having a completely comfortable stay.
