The location is good! Food is average And service is really nice. Pool experience was really nice

The hotel is right on the highway and seems that mostly its been used for marrage purpose or lodging of guest. I booked Delux room on first floor with balcony but the condition of room is very bad, the bedsheet had lints all over it. the furniture was old and chiped off from places, there we tea stains on walls near dustbin and bathroom was just ok. Thankfully staff behaviour was good and the helped me upgrade to Ground floor with garden a little more bearable place to spend a night. The food quality is absolutely pathetic, the free breakfast was too bad. Mr Anil and Mr Umesh helped in making my stay better but they cant change basic aminities condition. Its an old property and hence not worth staying.

Pathetic. Property is not even close to what is shown in their pictures. Do not trust pictures . No private garden. Anyone can jump and pass by even staff as well to take short route, they simply walk through your private garden to server other guests sitting in their garden. Rooms are not maintained, broken tiles bad smell from bed. Do not go to this property it’s a waste of money and time.

The property has good amenities and the swimming pool was not clean properly they did not provide breakfast check in time and were not welcome drinks and bathroom dormate not available.

Property not aware of the booking. No toiletries in bathroom. Lax room service. No intercom.

It was horrible stay because in such heat if you have to live in 30 degree temperature in room. Ultimately the matter was reported to make my trip and they were quite helpful to solve the problem & one day refund was given. Thanks. Yes. 2

The property is okay but the management is not at all cooperative. We have gone for a corporate outing for night. Everything is chargeable even an ice box. There was no dental kit or moisturiser. Some beds had loose springs and made it difficult to sleep.

We as couple went for relaxation, to spend our weekend and booked this resort for 2 nights. However there was some official team and they were doing pool side party on our 1st night of arrival and they were playing loud music till 1 am midnight. I started calling front desk to stop the music from 11 pm as we were there for relaxation and wanted to sleep early so that next morning we can enjoy morning sunrise. But music we still on till 1 am. Bed was uncomfortable as it was spring loaded. And the next morning out side resort the same official team were enjoying with their fun activities and as couple we did not even have a table separately to sit out and enjoy the environment. Foods were overpriced compared to its taste. We decided to check out one night prior though we had booking for 2 nights. We didn’t get any refund but one good thing they did is that we had snacks in the evening and they did not take any charge for it as we had complimentary breakfast included

The hotel had no amminities, and the swimming pool was dirty. They dont provide luch or any food after 3 pm. Worst stay i ever had in a resort.

Horrible behaviour of staff, bad rooms, bad washrooms, bad bed

Very very bad experience here. So untrained staff, nothing like a 4 star property. The whole property is having only 2 staff. They have big property area, we did check in at around 10 pm, and we instantly felt that we did a terrible mistake. The whole property is felt like haunted property. They are having illiterate staff. And on top of that worst food ever. We ordered some appetizers and the whole food was smelling and the oil was smelling and it tastes like rotten food. Don't book this property ever.

Highly recommended for peaceful stay and clean environment near delhi ncr. Worth visiting once and do come with sports gears.
