Spent a relaxing weekend at beautiful location, cozy rooms, and warm hospitality. The food was flavorful and the poolside vibe was perfect for unwinding. Would definitely return for another peaceful escape.

The property was nice and well maintained. But over all service was really bad. Ex: Linen in room was used. Delay in restaurant and other requests made via call from room. Most dissapointing was dirty cutlery time and again, it was very unhygienic. The staff wa very unresponsive whether it is room service or house keeping.

The location, food, and amenities were good, but the service was very poor. Even after calling the reception and following up multiple times, requests were completed after a very long delay. For example, I requested an extra mattress, and despite calling around 10 times, it was delivered only after 4 hours. Similarly, for room cleaning, I called at 10 AM, but the housekeeping staff came at 2 PM. While food was delivered on time to the room, the restaurant had no such punctuality — I had to wait for 1.5 hours.

This is perfect place to visit for of nights with Family and friends -- Nice and well managed greenery, perfectly maintained rooms and above all excellent food

Property’s location and services are very good. However the food at the restaurant was not good at all.

The amenities were pathetic, the swimming pool was not operational which was not informed, indoor games were in extreme poor condition, the snooker board was full of bird shit, the carrom board was broken, the table tennis board was completely wet, and the hotel staff reaction was very lame after informing all. just the food is only thing I like. they should stop start calling that property as just hotel because resorts are much happening place. and after informing about all that don't even hesitate to say that their rate are very nominal person which is the lowest one.

Love the vibe, massive property with beautiful view. 10/10 service & food! Proper hygiene is mantained.

Not that great, no facilities for driver, if u have any argument then staff even at reception are not friendly,swimming pool filtration system was not running either

Overall, the stay was good and comfortable. Rooms were clean and as shown in the images. We booked the luxury rooms with balcony, they had a view to the pool side. Pool was average, there were 4-5 groups, and pool size was medium. So, it was not much spacious. We had breakfast, it was good, with major focus on south Indian options and basic bakery items. One standout thing is that there is an outlet if highway king just opposite the resort. So, you can go there for the best vegetarian food.

Restaurant experience was not good as there was mix up in orders and food taste was not good. Otherwise it was good

My friend had suggested for this property and it was amazing experience had a lot of fun and and enjoying a games. Breakfast meals was good. And services was fast. Overall superb experience

Location was fine but pool was very small. Room service was not upto the mark. The breakfast buffet has very limited options.

It was good they could have add some cultural activities like fork dance, camel or horse riding activity or anything which engaged people at the resort cuz people generally stayed in their rooms they just went out for breakfast and swimming only. lunch and dinner ordered here on ala card basis, food is not that bad but they can increase the portion size which is Lil small in comparison with the price they charge. we booked the suites here which are only worth cuz of the jacqusy otherwise no such feeling like we are residing in a suite room.

Overall a nice and beautiful property. well maintained, well located, all amenities and kudos to the cleanliness. Food is good but quantity is less, one major thing that I didn't like was the swimming pool. The pool was dirty as water was turbid, and the staff was not listening about it stating the reason that this is from new borewell source, but the filtration system is not working well there. So better avoid it. Rest all breakfast, room size, room service was good.

The service was not good .. during the day the safety tank was working very loudly, our little child was with me, there was a lot of disturbance .. at night also there were very loud sounds .. there were a lot of insects in the swimming pool, it started itching while bathing ..

We stayed in the Suite room . Food , room and other facilities, everything was good. We enjoyed it a lot.👌
