Excellent Stay
The room was very clean and beautifully maintained. The hotel staff was polite and courteous. The location was easily accessible, with good cafés and restaurants nearby. The breakfast service was also excellent."

Good Stay
The experience was good, but there was no provision for the stay of driver of cab, which caused extra burden of expenses of his stay at some other guest house.

All over stay was good but breakfast is not good in taste and there was no staff in that hall where breakfast was served.

Poor Stay
I booked this hotel a second time. And this time I booked for two nights. The room was decent. But breakfast was so pathetic that I did not eat breakfast on the second day. And on the second day evening, I was with a few fellow friends of mine. We want to enjoy ourselves for like 2-3 hours in my room but they don't allow us. Not even a single person. I told the receptionist to please call the manager. But the manager did not come nor he was coming on the phone. How can a manager can do this? It was so terrible experience for us.

The rooms were good and clean. bathroom could use some more cleaning. they should provide slippers during winter season. food was okay. staff was helpful and polite. have stayed here three times.

kind of a bad experience
familyUnsatisfactory experience at this hotel. Only 2 people were present who handled everything. The kettle was dirty, when requested a replacement they again gave a dirty kettle. Breakfast was really bad, toaster wasn't working, and food was bad. No bowl for cereal. Exhaust fan in bathroom was making a lot of noise. Only giving 2 instead of 1 star because the 2 people present did try to put some effort, but nothing can help when the fundamentals of the hotel are so bad. Bathroom also had a very piercing health faucet for washing butt. Will definitely be very cautious of staying at any Treebo hotel. Location is near fortis hospital, which could be the only reason for wanting to stay here. Room and bathroom size was also good. Cancelled our plan of a 2 day stay, and changed hotel after 1.

Excellent Stay
Good stay for both families and couples. Nearby patrika gate so quite centrally located for traveling around. Rooms themselves very neat and clean ( i booked twin beds. Prompt room service response. Only thing which is an issue is lack of additional staff members for breakfast. ( receptionist is an all in one guy- cook, handy man, room service guy) food itself is decent.

Terrible Stay
1. The wash basin water drain was choked and outlet water was flowing back on the floor 2. Shower did not work 3. Soap dispenser did not work 4. No exhaust fan in bathroom 5. Intercom phone set was broken, could not be replaced 6. Breakfast was tasteless and something as elementary as corn flakes was not available. 7. No room service or restaurant

Worst hotel experience - avoid at all cost
familyStayed at this hotel on 29th december and had the worst experience. Despite charging us for an extra mattress, it was never provided, leaving us in a very uncomfortable situation. To make matters worse, all the hotel staff were asleep before midnight, and there was absolutely no one to assist with anything. The included breakfast was another disappointment. It lacked even basic options like eggs and had terrible food quality overall. It was clear they put no effort into providing a decent meal for their guests. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality and is not worth the money. Avoid if you value good service and comfort.

Only the location is good, rest food quality is too poor, staff manager is so arrogant, he don’t have any professional ethics. Will not recommend to anyone to stay here. 3 times water supply stopped. Need to much improvement.
