Average Stay
It was a decent stay. Location of property is excellent, food was good. However the facility needs to include a lift or ramp to help guests to carry the luggage in and out. Climbing the stairs with luggage is not a very convenient situation for guests.

not so good experience this tim
Although I had stayed earlier, with good ratings, but this time, AC was noisy, room was smelling with cigarette smell, no hot water in taps (had to bath with cold water) hot water provided was luke warm, food was good but earlier ordered item was not available so had to order again, breakfast was good.

Hotel is good but the mirror is not good and the food is not good the test of food is bad

Hotel is in prime location of city. Rooms ventilation is not good.. Breakfast is ok. Room service is delayed.

Excellent Stay
The hotel stay was very great and comfortable. As they provide a nice room, daily breakfast, cleaning, daily use kits, coffee & tea powder and kettle to make coffee & tea. And the best thing was the staff behaviour was very helpful!!

I did not even check in or stay in the hotel the room was so small in size, i wasted my money i hope i get compensation on money as i didnt stay due to rooms

familyHotel was ok in this budget. Meat and spacious room and bathroom. Staff were cooperative. Location is good, near to railway station, central bus stand and alkapuri (for well known restaurants. Lvp palace, sure sagar lake and em e temple were nearby.
