Staff behaviour was very nice. Room was very nee t and clean. The check in and check out process was very quickly all over experience was very amazing

I stayed here for 3 nights and stay was very comfortable and the staff were very cooperative. Room was very spacious. And talking about the food it was quite delicious and amazing and location is also good. Overall it was a nice stay.

Good service and the staff is friendly. Food is good. The room was clean and ventilated and the washroom was of decent size. The location is perfect as there are many shops around the hotel with good connectivity to the city. They say that outside food is not allowed but for us they allowed and i am thankful for this. Room price is good for what is given.

The Mahal inn is nice place to stay near by NH18. Rooms were nice. Well maintained rooms, hygienic and the near by area is also nice. Hotel management and staff are well behaved. Food was ok. You can get food outside in cheaper price. Other than that everything was good .

We stayed 2 nights at maha inn jamshedpur, jharkhand. Enjoyed the stay in peaceful environment. The staffs r obedient n caring.

Poor processes and staff do not know basic processes. Appliances in the room are in poor condition! there is no provision of tea kettle and tea bags in the room which is against law! there is no mineral water provided in the room

Notmally stay not good behaviour staff, service staff not good experience and delay service any other order serve time.

The room was ok but lack of maintenance was evident. Hand shower in bathroom was broken, lots of mosquito in room and room service was slow and not that great. However we did not face any major issue, food quality was ok so overall we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this as a good medium budget hotel for groups.

Descent room, prompt room service, good behavior from all staffs. They also provided free stay for our car driver. The hotel is located in a prime position in maango area. They also have a large parking area in the basement.
