Not a good experience
Location of the property is good. Food is Ok on order. Not much options for breakfast though. My main reason for rating this low is because I got a complementary 2 hours late check out on this booking which was subject to availability but the hotel staff clearly denied about it stating that it has no updates regarding this. Though I checked on MMT only and the room which we booked was showing available so availability was not the issue. I am not sure if the communication gap arises due to misleading commitment from MMT side or the hotel does not want to comply. But because of this we had to change our plans at the very last minute which was not a pleasant experience

Spacious Rooms & Good Service but too Many Rules
My stay was overall good. The room was big, clean, and very spacious. Service was quick and responsive, and the breakfast spread was nice and well-prepared. However, the experience was slightly affected by too many in-house rules and fine-penalty warnings for almost everything, which felt unnecessary and a bit restrictive. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Our staying experience was very good at this property , everything is nearby and property location is very good and room are very spacious , staff is also very supportive, and sincerely thank you for the wonderful support to Mr Suraj, Thanks to him . Highly recommended.

Property is ideally located near the metro station and all locations are reachable within 7-9 kms. Food and services provided are good.

Average Stay
When I arrived at the property I had to wait for 20-30 mins outside the hotel as the main gate was locked and the doorbell was not working and nobody was responding on call, The room was good, towels were very hard and breakfast was okay, overall average experience for me

satisfactory option for budget stay
Price was good. The room was spacious. bathroom could have been cleaner, the water heater kettle was dirty.

Perthetic hotel and service
they gave us room which we did not booked and gave us some other, the double bed was too old with sharp corner which hearted my son and injured Jim because of that he got several striches on her lips by plastic surgeon from Manglamplus medcity hospital in jaipur. also when ask that because of wrong room selection our son got injury he arguing with us, then I told them to show all rooms, with lots of argument they shown the room and then we found the room which booked online, then he alloted that room to us. this is not over as there no lock system in door from inside the room and commode was broken and no soap available and when we requested to provide he said we have only hand wash but later on he ordered the soap for us from local market. just because of his intentionally selection of room my son got injury because that hotel person want to book that room to someone else because it higher than the other rooms. please block this new rockwell hotel and take some action
