Terrible Stay
I had booked a room with breakfast. But there is neither buffet and room service for breakfast. Breakfast will be given to you as per occupancy. If you are single then you will get single paratha and single poha, you cannot take double. The hotel people say that this is how it is done here. You will get only this much at such a price.

The service at this hotel was extremely poor. We had booked and paid for a 2-hour early check-in, but the room was not provided as agreed. Furthermore, there was no power backup and no hot water, which significantly detracted from our stay.

perhaps the only black spot in my Indore tri
1) The room was very dirty, All linens (bedsheet, pillow cover, towel, quilt) had stains and hairs of previous guests. The toilet was stained. 2) Many of the facilities and amenities mentioned in booking description were not available e.g. no toiletries, no kettle or cup in the room. 3) There's no restaurant in the hotel, not even for breakfast and the booking mentioned 10% discount on dinner buffet which is wrong 4) Hotel receptionist didn't honour the MMT facility of late check out and made me and my disabled husband sit in the lobby for 5 hours even though the hotel was completely empty.

Clean Hotel & helpful staff
The hotel was really clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. The locality is also very good with food points and a mall very near to it.

Poor Stay
Bed sheets and pillow covers are very dirty. When I asked him to change them, he said that they are washed and remain like this. There was no hand wash or body wash in the bathroom, only a small piece of soap was kept. There were no slippers to go to the bathroom. They should take care of these basic things Overall the hotel was fine.
