Room are not clean. Hotel is not for family stay. Rooms are smelling very bad. Toilet are not in good condition. Room floor are very sticky and not clean. Never recommend this hotel.

Here's what really happened in this property for a 4-night stay for 5 people (two rooms: 1. The rooms didn't have a working door lock in both bathrooms. 2. Non-working geysers in both bathrooms (in November 2023) 3. No towels & soaps provided in both rooms. 4. No working TV in any of the rooms. So, if you see an 'irresistible price offer' from this property, Book a Dharamshala instead. Any yes! if this is last place on earth you are forced to stay don't forget to carry your towels, soaps, shampoo and hot water geyser too!

Hotel service is good. Hotel food service is good and low price good food, drink awailable.

We have to keep calling to clean the room and washroom.

There is almost nothing good apart from a functioning ac. Camped room, broken table & chair, bed linen with dried food on it, horrible room service with food order delays up to 1. 45 hrs. Well given the price i don't think one can ask for proper hospitality but a functioning room is a minimum requirement.

Room was okay but no covid safety measures was followed. The washroom was not very clean. Hot water was not coming in the washroom. Phone was not working. And the room didn't seem much clean.
