They didn't accepted my booking by saying that they don't have any vac-cant room nor any booking but they can provide me rooms on double charges if i do offline booking

Nightmarish experience
soloI was not allowed to stay for the night due to some electrical breakdown in the hotel. The staff members were very rude and my payment was also not refunded. At 11 pm i had to look for another hotel.

Room & corridors had lots of dust. Food and service was not good at all. Limited restaurant hours and outside food was not allowed.

Very poor service and staff
The property is not all maintained. Staff not trained at all. Food quality very poor.

pathetic hotel & pathetic service
Please do not waste your money on this hotel. While booking, i knew hotel and service will not be as great as other hotel but not thought of as this.
