this is best place to stay in Yercud. Room was spacious and food was excellent.

The hotel was awesome and staff was kind full and located near to lake with spacious car parking and food was too good.

Don't trust these reviews, the management does not treat us well. I booked in this app and when we reached there, we insisted to see the room, the room manager said even if we see the room or not, that's the allotted room. No proper room service. I had a pathetic experience. They have the worst room interiors and the road was very pathetic. Pols don't book the room.

I have enjoyed the stay. Staff is very polite, helpful and cooperative. Have made our stay very comfortable with kids! Proactive help, response and attitude towards attending customers is very appreciable! Maintenance of the rooms are also good. Special Thanks to Krishna Murthy Garu manager at Tilkam Nest.

Accommodation and hospitality was very good. They have taken required care in arranging all the necessary things. We enjoyed the camp fire party arranged by the hotel management.

Hotel people were not knowing we have booked their hotel only. They checked our mail and gave room but first they gave small room. In night we met manager and told him they exchanged our room. The room was not ready when we went there to check in around 3. 30 pm they cleaned room and gave. We booked for 3 adults but they gave only 2 towels, when we asked they told towel went for cleaning we will give but they have not provided towel

Location good stay good but food very bad specially non veg

Location and infrastructure wise the property is good. Things which can be improved if given attention is the service and cleanliness, as there is no intercom, and most of the time reception also stays empty so there is a lot of chaos when you need small-small things. Major disappointment was bedding and blanket, it was dirty to the level that it started itching. Both the points can be covered with some additional and attentive staff.
