good atmosphere, good food provide, customers response good totally excellent

First of all the parking was very dangerous, very worst customer service, The smell of naphthalene balls in room heavily smelling. Drinking water is also not provided. Also the some guys are fighting outside with bad words. I strongly do not recommend this cottage for families.

The rooms are pretty new. But the paint smell was too intoxicating. The staff are very friendly. Food is above average and the place is very close to ladies seat.

i had booked for a different date in error … but the owner was courteous to accept my change of date even though policy had no cancellation … peacefull serene and helpfull reception staff .., i would definitely recommend ….

I was very impressed. The people working there took good care of us. We had a happy stay. Next time i will go there. Thank you.

It is a basic cottage at the top of the hill. Rooms are clean. Avoid visiting the kitchen. Parking and getting out is a little tricky due to the narrow road

Good stay in between nature but road to this cottage is terrible. Road should be maintained properly. Food was awesome but they have very less variety. Drinking and smoking should be banned.

It's a good place to stay with family, the location is nice and very silent. Room service is good and the food is very tasty but there is a limited menu. The drawback is power fluctuation and insects coming into rooms.

The best hill view resort with the beautifully constructed room. They are damn chill in and out. Overall the hospitality is too too good and this is the second time we are preferring this same cottage.

We thought that booking directly with the cottage would have been more advantageous as it could have saved us 3000 inr since the room tariff price is lower than on makemytrip, bitter experience with make my trip.

Spacious room. Decent bathroom. Service is good and staff are well mannered. Out of 4 cottages booked, only one cottage was served with stained bedsheets, which could have been avoided if the staff were careful enough. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

Location is good. Front four cottage alone has good view. The rest all the other cottages behind just have a wall of the front cottages. We stayed in the rear cottage. Only honeymoon couple can stay there. Only room is provided. No restaurant for complimentary breakfast. Food is a bit expensive. No cup boards, one intercom phone kept inside a drawer which does not work. Cleanliness is average. Only one room boy is good. Others not that great. Very calculative. No great hospitality. Not worth for the money that's paid. Climbing steps to each cottage may be difficult for elderly people. At 9 am we packed and asked for them to carried out. Despite that, the office ppl were hell bent on we checking out before 10 am. Only location and a room is available. Nothing great.

Not a value for money experience overall. The service of staff were good but the property lacks basic facilities. Room did not even have a hot water kettle. No complimentary breakfast. had mentioned this resort as a " 3 star like property, which in my opinion is not right

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. Served quality food. Cooperative and friendly staff.
