Room are not clean and good .food is also average. Bed bug is there . Staff response is good . They changed the room after we found bed bug

nice views to see in the room and they provide free campfire and they are a good service person's in there resort

It was great and the food was good too The location was in the middle of many attractions so it would be best if you stay here sightseeing

I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at your property. When I entered the room, I found human waste inside the bathroom. It took nearly two hours for the staff to clean it, and I had to wait outside for almost three hours. Even after cleaning, the room was filled with a strong, unbearable odor of human waste. I reported the issue to the manager, who assured me that it would be resolved soon. However, I had to move to my friend’s room for the night as it was impossible to stay in that condition. The next morning, there was no water in the room. I was stuck in the bathroom for about 40 minutes. Each time I called the staff, they kept saying the issue would be fixed in 30 minutes, but it took almost two hours before I received just one bucket of water. My wife and I had to manage with that. I contacted the manager and area manager multiple times but received no proper update or support. Eventually, we decided to leave the property. I want to highlight this experience so that future guests can be aware before booking. The service quality was extremely poor, and it appears that maintenance rooms are being assigned to guests who book online. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, and it completely spoiled our Yercaud trip. I sincerely request that you look into this matter seriously and take corrective action to prevent such incidents in the future.

Room Service Poor, power connectivity high disturbance and gen set efficiency also question mark, Complimentary Break Fast taste good but not at all served with hygeine,lot more correction required, infact I would have rated it poor, for sure huge scope to improve w r t value for money

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms had a bad smell, the restroom water supply was very poor, and the overall maintenance was terrible. Even the generator backup was not working properly. Definitely not worth the money.

The stay was wonderful, and the breakfast was truly amazing. I visited with my wife for our honeymoon, and we had a lovely experience. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and made our trip even more special.

Overall experience is good, hotel is near to central area so you can access lake, resturants by walk..Good environment, morning breakfast was really good..Room service is fast and met requirements

Overall experience of stay was good. Food was also tasty. Location is also very near to lake which gives you freedom to roam more. The staff were also well mannered. only the bathroom was small and bed was not much comfortable.

Great view, excellent rooms and service, and great amenities including an outdoor fireplace, indoor and outdoor play areas, and a coffee shop. the continental buffet breakfast is also good.

The stay was in a Deluxe room the cleanliness was good, however the door handles were coming off while opening. the hotel should have repaired it before it was given. the food was good and the staff were humble and friendly
