our stay in cliff view resort is good. staffs are polite and foods are good, room is spacious, clean and tidy. in bathroom there was no exhaust fan.. please fit exhaust fan in bathroom. Other wise overall good stay. Thabk you all the staffs in resort and especially restaurant.. ❤️

Overall pleasant experience. Location is good, peaceful and calm as it is isolated out of busy town. Amenities are good. Floor was bit sticky not sure whether it was due to climate or maintenance issue which can be improved. Breakfast buffet was good for that affordable price. camp fire 🔥 with music was good. Kids play area has trampoline, carrom, chess, table tennis.

The stay was normal, nothing amazing about the place or the service. Biriyani served was not good and it's too expensive. Rooms were clean and Wifi though available was very slow. That's all the stay was Okish. Not soo good and not bad.

Location is good. But if you are booking online, you won’t get a good view room as most of the good rooms are allocated to the people who book directly as informed by the receptionist. But overall it was good and food was nice.

Recently we stayed in this property ,was a nice experience throughout the stay .we asked for the room with balcony view even though the rooms are not booked they dint arranged , that is my deepest missing . otherwise room and the whole property was good

Everything was good Peaceful stay with sounds of birds, neat rooms, decent food, friendly staff , nice surroundings with good views, and budget friendly. Only thing that went bad was Brocken switches and poor maintenance of electrical switches

It was wonderful stay at cliff view resort. we stayed for two nights on 26th may 2025. The resort is located in a prime area. Hotel rool was spacious. It had good mountain view from balcony. room was clean and neat. has indoor and. outdoor play area for kids. hospitality of staff were good. The only con is limited food options for vegetarians. I would recommend for both family and friends.

Stay was pleasant. I have not given 5 because the ceiling fan in our room was constantly making noise which made the stay a little uncomfortable. Otherwise the overall rating is 5.

Pathetic Experience – Avoid This Place!

Our stay at Clif Hill Resort was extremely disappointing. The room was missing basic amenities like a regulator for the fan, and there was no proper menu for food—you can only order what they have available. The tap was clogged, and the lighting outside the room was poor, making the place look like an abandoned old building. To make matters worse, the resort was booked for a wedding function, which meant unbearable noise until midnight, and it started again early in the morning. It was impossible to get a peaceful night’s sleep.

Great Location but poor staffing and hospit

Place is located in a vere serene environment and has good spots just nearby to trek. Cons: 1. Staff is not proactive. 2. They don't provide bonfire in the night if people r less. 3. The adjacent rooms to the main building have issues with lights not working. They have not provided a phone to call the staff immediately and no wifi as well in the next building.

stay was ok. Complementary breakfast was good and delicious. The picture displayed as the hotel was of deluxe rooms. Normal rooms are at a separate building and no wifi connectivity. when checked with receptionist, wifi was only available for deluxe room guests which made us disappointed as its a hilly station and we had no mobile network.
