The location is fine the food is good but needs more varieties.The service was the worst clogging washbasin, out of service lift and no refrigerator in heritage suite room

Service was too bad. Nobody bothered about providing extra pillow we requested both night. Dinner buffet was overpriced considering items available to eat. Taste was also not good. We were forced not to take dinner next night because of food quality. Breakfast was good both days. Only suggestion is not to repeat puri sabzi consecutive days. Tv was not working, nobody came to our room for support (2 nights we spent at property. If possible, do blacklist tiaraa resorts from list of mmt. Mmt has good reputation, don't spoil.

No towels given in room disturbance in electricity supply breakfast not good but costly water was supplied in room on demand. Very simple stay experience.

We had a comfortable stay at this cozy resort in Jim Corbett. I initially booked a Club Room but upgraded to a Heritage Room — spacious with great facilities and charm. The staff was polite and ensured our stay was safe and enjoyable. The garden and pool area were beautiful, and the food was delicious — dinner stood out more than breakfast. The hi-tea with dance performances was a lovely touch. Would definitely visit again!

Prorerty is very good. , food, restorent and swimming pool, lush green big gardens fir kids alongwith swings. but house keeing and room service is very bad. it's not a right place for family to enjoyed it. recent i had stay with family in the resort. my experience is very bad and not value for money. Room aminities are not available in the room and call to receition for every thing. i think need to improvement in this are to maintain 4 star rating.

The property is very fresh , neat clean and well maintained , bed sheets are very clean and hygienic . Amazing stay and had good time with my family , food is also nice and economical , swimming pool timing was not good , it should be till 10-11 pm

It was an amazing experience there. It is a wheelchair accessible property which helped my mother a lot. Even the food was amazing. Great experience. Enjoyed a lot there.

Very nice and comfortable stay .. staff and hospitality is good. We like the ambience anf greenary .

In 10 mins., we were asked to leave, while we requested for a 30 mins. grace period, in my 17 years' of hotel experience of may be 1,000 times bookings through various sources, it was worst @ Tiara Hotel & spoil our leisurely mood

We were a family with young children and reached very late. The check-in was very smooth, and the restaurant was helpful to provide some food after their hours. Housekeeping staff was helpful to provide whatever needs we had. Morning we had a great breakfast. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

on arrival we get welcome drinks and greeted by staff. pool r clean n gud but u have to take their costume which I think is not cool. rooms r gud 👍, nice & clean. breakfast is of gud quality.

very good and its just 2 kms from Ram nagar with all amenities. Safari jeep will also pick up and drop from hotel itself due to location.

I have been there with my family and loved it. Lids are very happy with swimming pool. Hotel staff is very comparative.

Food was good, staff was very helpful, property structure was modern as per other hotels but it was too big i like the pool, kids zone and ground . Will definitely visit Tiaraa again

I stayed during year end and it was pretty good. Location is best if someone is looking for safari in Dhikala zone. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Staff was quite helpful and prompt as well. Only part which can improved is the food as it was quite average and power cut which was quite frequently happening. Other than it I had great time. Pool is nice as well.
