Very very bad experience, terrible service, AC’s not working in 3 of our rooms. Staff people won’t cooperate and are very stubborn. Would never stay at this place in future.

Wow -----, wonderful location , very clean courteous staff , decent breakfast comfort of a hotel . Good toiletries - change of towels daily which is rare in apartments . Keep it up 3 cheers .

Stayed at Theory9 Premium Service Apartments in Bandra West, Mumbai, July 31, 2025. Not worth the hype or the price! The room was so tiny I felt like I was starring in a minimalist horror flick—barely space to swing a toothbrush. Breakfast was a sad affair in a nook so small we played musical chairs for a stale croissant. No dinner options at all; they suggested a nearby eatery, but I didn’t come for takeout tips! Clean, yes, but that’s the only plus. 1/5—skip unless you’re a fan of overpriced dollhouses!

The stay was very pleasant and the staff was very courteous. Location is situated on a busy lane so if you are provided room on 1st or the 2nd floor be prepared to face the honking noises, rest it is perfect and is near by most accessible places in & around Bandra.

guest contact details not taken while check in. the admin spoc was called after 11 pm in the night to inform about food being delayed. room size too small. kitchen available but cannot be used. only a microwave placed without any crockery very poor service

Excellent location .Property was near and clean and worth staying.

Initially the room and service seemed good. But the room under the sky which was the most expensive room that they had has absolutely not facilities. Not even a soap dish. The day we went there the heater was not working which was repaired only after 36 hours. There is no light above the mirror to shave. There is not even 1 bright light and because of that if you are leaving early in the morning or in the night it is very difficult to pack your suitcase or find anything. There is a window a/c which loudly switches on and off throughout the night. The worst thing was rats which eat what is left around including what is in your suitcase. So the suitcase has to be kept closed at all times. If you sit near the jacuzzi in the night you can hear a lot of rats

All good, clean and spot on. Location is great and convenient. Staff is friendly and cooperating. So overall great experience.

Small rooms, could be cleaner and aesthetically better for the price point. Breakfast was good but should include eggs for breakfast

Cleanliness, option of living room with lunch/dinner/breakfast table, conditioned air right from entrance are the things we liked most

The stay was pleasant, the rooms and the bathroom were clean, breakfast was good as well. I would have hoped that the property would have highlighted that the kitchen and the common area is shared by 3 more rooms. We probably wouldn’t have booked this property otherwise - cause we needed some more space. But on the whole a good experience!
