Very nice hotel and staff, location is nice and hotel facility is very nice, overall very nice property

Pathetic experience, worst hotel, unhygienic, smelly, full of insects, please don’t book this hotel .

This property is built in great location and in middle of mall road, view from toom was amazing, but room was very small in size. Staff were cooperative.

The property is in the middle of mall road is the only gold thing about this property. The rooms are not clean. There was no water after we checked in for 2 hours. The flush tank was leaking. It is not worth the money at all.

It was a nightmare for us. Firstly, the location of the hotel was very very tricky. You can't find the entrance of the hotel. Secondly, there was renovation going on in the hotel, no wifi, no toiletries, no proper amenities. And the most concerning thing was that the room was so suffocating, too small, no window, no ventilation. Not at all suitable for three guests. At night the whole room was wet, so the mattress, blanket, our clothes, luggage, even the floor because of the humidity in the room.

No room services are available…no restaurant…lack of inefficient management..only towel and soap for hand wash is available..Not recommendable to anyone.

There is no entry for this property, u have to walk through stairs of a adjacent temple, then literally climb over wall to reach this hotel. Utter waste hospitality, the person at reception had joined hotel industry 2months ago, and the single room service person had joined 2days ago. Room without table, chair, and no intercom facility. You have to walk to the reception table for any facility. The cable was not working stating that set topbox is sent for repairing while so called set top box was hanging behind tv, which was quite evident that they have not recharged the subscription. I had booked standard view room, but the room was ending before start. When i asked them to give better room, they asked double tariff for the room i had booked. Better book dharmshala or gurudwara rather this utter property. Walking through temple to reach property was more hilarious than pathetic

The room was reasonably clean and the bathroom was neat and tidy. The view of the mountains outside the window is also beautiful.

Our stay at this property was great ! the hospitality and services provided was great. Washroom were clean and properly maintained. The location of the hotel was in mall road and have a escape route which connects direct to the mall road which was nice. I will recommend this to other.
