Poor Stay
It will not more comfortable, and ac cooling was very poor and tv remotes is there but that remotes don't have batterys, staffs treat us very rudely, that's it

Poor Stay
No proper maintenance, linens are not clean, bathroom and closet are not cleaned properly, bed room fan is making c reaching sound which affects the sleep, closet flush not working and water flow from the shower is very slow, when informed to receptionist no response and no reaction from them.

Terrible Stay
Fungus everywhere, in bathroom, bedroom, no gas available as mentioned on advertisement no one was present on the gate nor at the reception to attend calls etc. Horrible experience

Good accomodation
Located about 4 kms away from main pollachi. Good accommodation. Staff are polite. No food available. Limited parking space. Ac and tv available. Didn't ask or use free wifi.

Poor Stay
They did not give me the deluxe room. Room was not clean. The photo in your app and the room they given me is totally different, i am way too much disappointed

Location is good. The bathroom was not clean. Especially the toilet was very dirty the flush tank was not working. The bed sheet was not clean and had to be changed several times. I suspect there are bed bugs in the bed.

Excellent Stay
The tend o inn stay was awesome and calm place to relax. Rooms were clean and all the facilities were available. Kids friendly with parking space. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Terrible Stay
The maintenance of the property was so bad , cobwebs everywhere. Not even a proper mattress they provided. The big mattress covered only 80% of the bed , to cover the remaining bed they had joined another mattress which was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep. No hot water at all. Very dissatisfied. Cobweb hanging in the bathroom. Spider and it’s web. The mattress in brown which they joined to the white one ☝️

This is to inform you that we are holding strong positive reviews and ratings in all the online business partners in terms of services. Adding to your comments for the proper mattress, you inquired over the phone a day before the check-in/booking date and I gave the clear instructions of how it will be size,occupancy and price. We have all our rooms with 2 persons occupancy deluxe rooms only. Then you have booked through online for 4 adults and 4 kids. Since we have a bigger cot than the mattress. We made the attachment as per the previous guests feedback to utilise the space and ensure the comfort of guests. We never mentioned it is a triple bed room. Our property is solar provisioned for hot water. We will be getting hot water within a couple of minutes. While check in,upon your acceptance only the room was allotted to you. Since you are a group ,two rooms with common dining are provided. About the cleanliness, there was a house keeping available round the clock. About your review i can understand your assumptions and exceptions.However we used to treat all the clients on the right way to get a better reputation and we are on it. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we are so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. Thanks & Regards Management

Very nice property
The property is very good and especialky ambience is excellent. It's worth to stay with multiple families together as it's independent property having 4 bedrooms, shared common corridor place, some open place for games and enough parking place for vehicles. We can enjoy our vacation at this peaceful location. The only concern we had was, we booked 4 bedrooms but only 2 rooms available by the time we checked-in. Our 4 families were forced to split and 2 families stayed in separate hotel. This could have avoided if managed professionally.
