The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness, serves very tasty food and the staff of hotel & their in house restaurant is very prompt & courteous. Good Stay
Proximity to the temple is the biggest advantage. The rooms are clean and tidy, staff is extremely helpful. The price is high for the hotel and the stay but thats the price you pay for the proximity to the temple. Overall, extremely comfortable and good stay with clean and tidy rooms - no complaints.

Terrible Stay
hospitality is very poor We cannot prefer to stay at Sugam Hotel because the hotel staff does not provide the good support. I'm check in 4.30 PM approx hotal and order some food but hotal staff are telling me we don't have any type of food in that time our child age is 5 year old and he need the same.

Nice hotel that makes the darshan more comfortable

worst stay
When we got the room we had a spoiled bed sheet. We tried calling reception but intercom was not working. So we had bath went for darshan and told at reception about spoiled bed sheet and pan stains on it. We were charged 1000 for same by staff.

Good Stay
The hotel is very close to the temple barely a 2 min walk. It is clean and maintained very well. Serves good food too. Especially very comfortable for senior citizens keeping the close proximity to temple in mind.

Excellent Stay
The stay was very pleasant and service by the staff was excellent, it gave very hygienic feel however the outside lane area should be maintained by the hotel as it will add to the more customer preferring the place.
