Totally waste of money. Room was not ready during check in. AC was not working No phone call at room for communication. Frequent power cut. No any person present at reception all the time. We had booking for Room with complementary break fast, then no body ask for us for breakfast, then we contacted at reception then after they prepared breakfast. So we can not get breakfast of our choice. Very very bad experience, we are not recommend for this property, totally waste of money. Zero rating....

Room was not as per the price i paid. Toiletries were not there, when i asked for it i got a soap only for everything. Used towel was given and was smelly. Room price should be around 1500 max

Food quality is superb. Swimming pool is very nice and located in such a a way from where we can see front side of lord shiva. It is just 600 mtr from temple. Surely recommend to all.

What stood out the most was the genuine friendliness of the entire staff. Whether by the pool or in the dining areas, everyone seemed genuinely invested in making my stay enjoyable. The check-in process was swift, and the front desk staff was not only professional but also warm and welcoming. Throughout my stay, the level of service remained consistently outstanding. The housekeeping team kept my room impeccably clean, and any request i had was promptly attended to.

It was a great experience to stay at the sky comfort shiv aashray resort at nathdwara. Property is just beside lord shiva statue. Even we can have light & sound show experience without paying a single rupee for entry from this property. Swimming pool is very nice. We can enjoy such a view of shiva from this property. Restaurant is located just beside swimming pool. It makes experience too much delightful. Property also have a big garden so even we can enjoy playing games if have group of people. Really nice experience.

Not worth it

Location is the only plus. Except that basic things were missing. Towels were given to us only after we asked them and that too only bath towels and 2 soaps. No dental kit, or body wash or shampoo, nothing. Rooms were not clean and needs maintenance. I paid for a night. It is not worth more than 2. 5k as per my opinion.

The hotel location and amenities were good. But the service was poor. We had to ask for everything like water bottles in the room, there were no glasses, linens were dirty. No phone in room to order tea or food.

Nice location and beautiful place for stay in nathdwara. Place is near temple so like this place. Food is very delicious. 1st floor room is very comfortable to stay. Resort is small but location good.
