Stay was nice the staff person is very polite and even then offer us upgradation on reasonable rate will recommend this property .... but the way to property is very tough as there is little bit treking to reach hotel overall 4/5

I had a terrible and horrible experience at this property. I strongly advise against visiting—whether with family or alone. The environment is completely unsuitable for families, The staff were highly unprofessional and the overall atmosphere was unhygienic and uncomfortable. This place does not meet basic hospitality standards and I do not recommend it for anyone.

Pathetic stay arrangement. Zero on hospitality, rude staff behaviour, stinky rooms

View from the homestay was perfect and the common area is also great

I asked a day before travelling that our bus will reach early so will there be storage facilities or if there is any chance of early check in. They replied yes to both. But as I reached Kasol there was no proper storage, we checked in at 12 and even no proper directions were given to reach the place. Even when I reached there was no one in the reception area and when I called someone to the front desk, heard someone from inside saying “who is this guy disturbing so early”. We stayed for a night but received 1 towel late night that too after repeatedly requesting. Got no soaps at all. Giving 2 stars only because the staff apologised for the inconvenience at last during checkout.

Difficult to find hotel as well not able to get car at hotel not even rickshaw, requested to pick up luggage but denied and go away without showing path to hotel. We have called nos of time for extra bed and towel but provide after an hour. Horrible experience. Not advisable. Avoid with family.

The staff were very cold. Not welcoming privacy in the bathroom needs to be improved for couple travellers. Bathrooms were clean. No food was offered or informed.

I have booked 2 rooms including 1 family 4 beded room and 1 standard room. but they have provided 1 standard room and one 3 beded room . And demanded 1500 extra quoting that MMT as error in room rates and they can't allow check in and settled by taking Rs 800 extra. more than 3 hours there was no electricity and no oil in their generator

if u r looking for affordable stay in kasol then this hotel is very good option

Stayed here with a group. Washrooms not good, bad quality of toilets and no electric kettle even though the prices were rocket high during peak winters. The owner is good but not much help. This place really needs renovation and services upto mark. Won’t recommend

This mountain homestay offered an excellent early check-in option. The comfortable room, delicious homemade meals.
