hotel staff was terrible zero hospitality zero parking rude staff. no room clean for 3 days

The property was shady and dirty. i cant call it a decent property for couple and family. we checked out in few hours after we couldn't stay there for the uncleanliness and poor hygiene

It is a nice and plea-sent stay. Ramu bhai is very helpful and supportive

In the night just in front of my room door the staff members slept. They were approximately six to seven in numbers. They dragged their single mattresses and slept surrounding my room's door. One staff came to give the handwash soap and he literally was singing aloud while handing over it to me. The lobby area and staircase was full of dust. Location was not good. There were so many mosquitos and spiders in the room. There was no net on the doors and windows to keep insects outside. Bed was too high making it uncomfortable to sleep. There were bad truck drivers and taxi drivers outside the property location and there was no street light.

I stayed in this property for three nights with my extended family, some of them were visiting from overseas. I must say that i was very embarrassed and disappointed. There were some services missing 1. When we reached there was no drinking water which is a basic need in any of our three rooms booked. 2. There was no soap in washroom and we had to ask for it, inf-act one of the staff we will give you in the morning and gave it is on my insistence. 3. There were no hand towels and chairs in any of the rooms, chairs were provided for two rooms on asking but not for the third room. 4. Frequent power cuts as there was no power back up which made our stay very hard specially with young kids. 5. Room were not cleaned until next day and this was a big put off. 6. One of the rooms had geyser which worked on and off. We told all of the problems to staff as there were many times when there was no one in the reception. I would not expect this service from a 3 * like property. We paid almost rs 3000 per room per night fro two adults and got this service. I would expect someone from makey trip to work on this complaint and contact me.

Great property in kasol. Recommended for average budget. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. Also, washrooms were in good condition. Good view from balcony.

Bhuj was best place located in the center of market. And rooms are clean and big and washroom are clean. Staff behavior is also good and polite. Owner of the property is also friendly and helpfull. And you can ask for any help from the owner he will help you. Her wife is the main cook in the property and she make good food.

So read this review if you are on budget or is out of profesionnaly run good quality hotels like royal castle or malabar which are at-least 4-5 times the cost. Neelam (caretaker) is the most helpful and friendly person ever seen. Property is very basic nothing fancy but does the job in a place like kasol. Basic bed with good mattress and clean linnen and good quality blankets. Very basic room with no luxury but hot water can be a luxury in itself in a place like kasol. And if someone goes out of way to keep your bags safe and deliver them to you when you are just passing koasol in local bus- i was awestruck on the hospitality he offered. I didn't experience food but can say they were making it with love and like home. If you are on budget or better options are not available, just book this one, location is right in the heart of kasol, everything is just 5 min walk. If i ever go back, i won't even search for other fancy options and will book this one stright. I really wish all other care takers were so helpful and considerate. He even booked kheerganga camps for us with out any commission. Only one word for them- exceptional
