One of the most unhygienic and dirty places I have seen , i had a chance to go to the kitchen and it was super filthy and gross wouldnโt ever recommend anyone

If you're planning a trip to Kasol, I highly recommend staying at Social Staz โ itโs the best riverside hostel in the area! The location is serene and right by the river, giving you the perfect blend of nature and comfort. A special shoutout to Mr. Dinesh Ji and the entire staff โ they are incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Mr. Dinesh Ji truly goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome and ensure everything runs smoothly. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a peaceful vibe throughout the property make it a perfect stay. Whether you're traveling solo or with friends, this place has a great energy and makes it easy to meet other travelers. Can't wait to return!

Excellent Stay
The location is prime, with direct access to Parvati river by just crossing the property. The ambience is excellent, rooms are excellent and the staff is polite as well. Special thanks to Mr. Dinesh Jain from the staff for always tending to all our requests and queries.

Bad experience -May2025
Booked a bed in a dormetory room, there were a few chhapri people in the room smoking sheesha, I asked hotel staff to change my room he didn't come back, however he asked those people to smoke in the balcony which was ideally for all the room guest to enjoy the views but my experience was spoiled as they organised there sheesha setup there and also I could smell smoke inside the room. Also, those idiots were talking too loudly and playing songs in the room on their portable device. I wanted to sleep but couldn't do so and I left the property same day. I understand this, sometimes there are guests with bad etiquette but the hostel should have some no-compromise rules.
