No hot water and no heater facilities.... we had informed the reception several times about how cold it is.... but no response.... would rate it as my worst experience ever... please do not opt for this stay especially if u have kids.... they can fall sick due to the hotel s irresponsible behaviour....

The hotel is good for particular this price range. The bathroom is fine, except in three rooms on the first floor where small flies tend to enter, especially during this month. The food is good, and room heaters are also available. The blanket is neat and clean, and the washroom is also clean.

Food was quite nice and simple. Location of the property is good, the only disadvantage is it’s far from main city market. Facilities were average.

nice staff and hygiene place to stay for eveyone

The hospitality was good. The location is very near to shanti stupa. My bathroom door was locked but the hotel manager got it fixed very soon on top priority.

I booked this hotel understanding food has good variety and quality is good . I didn’t enjoy the food but yea room was good

Room was really good with all amenities but food i didn’t find upto the par. I actually booked because of food but it was not at all tasty

Water supply was very bad and the taps were all broken. It was cold and we had to bathe with cold water. They didn’t change our room or mend the water lines.
