Review Of The Leh (2 minutes from the main market)

The location is good, very near to the main market but they have average services and amenities also didnt like the food

I booked this place for my anniversary and the hotel arranged cake for us, accommodated us for late check in and upgraded our room as well. The host (stinzin) is very kind and caring. Definitely would recommend this stay for any tourist planning to visit leh.

Property's food was okay. Not that good. Service was fine, also not that good. You couldn't get water post 10:00 in the night.

the hotel is understaffed. there is no hot water to take a shower post 8.30 am the heaters don't work breakfast was super pathetic .. a few cold hard boiled eggs.. a horrible sabzi and super cold puri and a smelly mayo sandwich. room service takes about 2 hours for a simple roti and alu jeera. the sheets are torn and cold the pot in the bathroom was broken and taped making it look yucky the staff behaviour other than Mohit bhai were very rude. complete mess this hotel is. I seriously want my money refunded. I couldn't stay the last night any more. please do not book

hotel staff very very kind and cooperative. listen to guest queries and support. food was clean decent and perfect since travelling alot. good chai rooms clean maintained well
