Poor Stay
First of all, the ac of the room is not working then they charged the room. No proper break fast anf the quality was extremely poor. not worth it

Firstly, It was flies everywhere on the food at the breakfast menu. Secondly, the touch keys of room number 208 was not working. Everytime I have to ask someone to open the door.

Average facilities with good service
location is good. Buffet breakfast was good however it can be furtherimproved. Bathroom was too small and cramped. service was good.

Stubborn Hotel and Hotels staff management. Not cancelling stay
i requested the hotel staffs many times and even mailed them i have booked the hotel by mistake on 13th may for 17th June, Instead i booked the 13th May hotels and availed it also. but the hotel didmt listed to me. this was pathetic and insensible.

please visit only if you have no other option left,the hotel is projected like Heritage but it lacks basic stuff,old ac's, furniture,tv sets, even cosy rooms,even the service.one should go for brand if ready to pay for this hotel.

Hotel is far from the city. Overpriced for its amenities and comfort. Swimming pool was filled with stinking water. Road in front of the hotel is water logged with rain water. You can not even cross the road. Exhaust fan and room fans are noisy. Reception staff is arrogant, does not treat you as a hotel guest but as a tenant looking for a rented room. House keeping and restraunt staff are nice. It is ok to spend a night. Not recommended for long stay.
