Breakfast was included but it was not mentioned that in-room breakfast is not included. And beacause of that Hotel charged me for the breakfast

Clean rooms and great hospitality. Disciplined staff. Restaraunt Ambience is good. Good location near the Bus terminal.

The cleanliness of the rooms and restaurant was excellent. Staff was very polite. Very nice facade setting and entertainment option in TV. Food quality and variety was top notch. Not far from the city. Very near to the Bus stand. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city

their staff were so intelligent and interested during our personal time they used the master key and opened the door. when we complained about the same then their owner said we can't give an apology letter Mr. modi who is the owner denied. if my wife wouldn't have stopped me then I would have gone for police FIR.

Hotel location is very good. Cleanliness and staff behaviour is good. The restaurant is spacious and clean food is okay. Half part is banquet hall hence more suitable for marriage party guests.

Pleasant stay, 2 KM from railway station, easy communication, well behaved and good service, only food is highly priced

This hotel is like 2 star. Always looks for money. The hotel mentality is like a local hotel. They have upgrade alot get into the higher star rating

Room is too small

There is a lot of things that are just not right with this place. I am enlisting them all here. TRAFFIC NOISE – There is a lot of traffic noise inside the room. From the pressure horns of buses and trucks to hum of the E Rickshaw it all gets in and do not allow you any peace. WASHROOM LIGHTING & OVERALL ELECTRICAL SWICHING SYSTEM – The washroom lighting is very poor and the light switches are extremely confusing with many of them being two-way switches but none are labelled. TOILET ROLLS – These are not installed not provided as spare. Do not expect them. HEALTH FAUCET PRESSURE – Careful the WC gun pressure is so high that it can leave you bruised and the adjusting knob was jammed in my room. NON-FUNCTIONAL TELEVISION – The TV is a new one and yet to be installed and wanted all kind of passwords which NONE of the hotel staff could provide. HIDDEN FRIDGE SWITCH – The fridge is kept switched off by them and the switch is hidden somewhere at the back, get it working if you need this utility. SLOW INTERNET – Wifi though provided is extremely frustratingly slow. OVERPRICED FOOD – The food is extremely overpriced. Be prepared to shell out Rs. 100/= for a TAWA PARANTHA. NAIL IN THE COFFIN “THE PERPETUAL LIGHT BULB” – There is a bright halogen bulb located in the middle of the room very close to the bed. This as per the Front Desk is connected to some inverter but the thing is that it CANNOT be switched OFF. They wanted me to bear with it, which I couldn’t because it was impossible to sleep with it ON. So, I cancelled by balance 2 nights and checked out the very next morning. Totally avoidable property.

Room was spacious and Maintained well. Amenities provided are good. Android TV available for entertainment. Cons - Complementary breakfast has limited items. A staff at Restaurant is not behaved properly.
