OYO CHEATED . TINY ROOMS

The rooms are too small ... absolutely tiny . we did not stay in spite of making the full payment . and the OYO Customer Service is TERRIBLE and CHEAT . They were not ready to listen and did not refund a single rupee even after reporting the problem.

Timings are not flexible and in my 2 days stay i didn't get any water in the washroom. Locks inside the room are not secure. Very small washrooms

Friendly and personal service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the other important sites. We would definitely stay there again.
