First of all he said I haven’t seen your booking so i gave that room to someone else and he took us to different hotel which was under renovation A/c didn’t had remote , windows were broken, toilet was horrible, water they provide was taped water i had a exam next morning and I didn’t get proper sleep 😴. It was a nightmare never going to book hotel online again. Worst hotel experience i had exam the next day and I couldn’t sleep . First of all the primero hotel gave out room to someone and arrange us at different hotel room was very dirty, no service not even toothpastes AC was automatic there was no remote to control the temperature

They took money for whole day but didn't let me stay for whole day ,they forced me to leave early 6 am in the morning but it was supposed to be at 11 am.

The location is very good. Few electric fitments need to be fixed.

Stay is at city center, providing excellent access to various destinations across gurgaon. They need to significantly improve their cleanliness. My stay had lot of cockroaches. Has good wifi for anyone visiting for business purpose.

Room was not clean, hygiene, no water bottle, no handwash, no shampoo or body wash
