I have booked single double bed room for me wherein I was alloted The twin bed room whic is not acceptable. This is the second time Same thing has happened with me, and I was been asked to upgrade my room if I wanted double bedroom, this is not the etiquette.

Good Stay
Very good option for a short stay, great location very close to the market place. They have an in-house restaurant and the breakfast spread was just about right for a business trip. Rooms and toilets were neat and reasonably spacious. Central AC ducts needs some cleaning which can help improve the freshness inside the rooms.

Poor Stay
Hardly any other guest was there, seems like only we we were staying there. Breakfast was pathetic, no buffet. Staff behaviour also not pleasing.

Stay was okayish
The experience was okay. The staff and facilities were good however the room was infested with small cockroaches. Proper maintenance need to be carried out.

During my stay at the hotel, i experienced a comfortable and pleasant environment. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the stuffs. The staff were friendly, always attentive to any requests. The hotel's location was convenient. Overall, it was a good experience
