We are glad to know that you appreciated the location, our property, and the efforts of our staff. Your kind words mean a lot to us. However, we would like to address some concerns from our side as well. During your stay, we noticed that the TV remote was broken, and despite clear no-smoking signs, smoking occurred in the room. Additionally, there were instances of spitting and vomiting on the mattress, bedsheet, and pillow covers, which left them in a very poor condition. The room was also found in an untidy state, with empty bottles and cigarette pieces scattered around. We value all our guests and do our best to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. We kindly request that all guests respect our property and house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. --
