Ac works when power is available by grid, ac was only in one room. So i family sleep in one room. Wifi didn’t work, we returned after only one night stay there.

Location of the blue pine orchards is great, staff were very polite and helpful. But food quality and variety is poor. Kitchen was unhygienic, cockroaches were everywhere in the kitchen

Good property at good unique location

We had a good stay at the property with family. The villa had nice valley view with windy evening. Property has a nice swimming pool with some finishing touches happening but overall good infinity pool to enjoy time with family.

Not a place to visit, very far from landsdowne. Also staff is short and every request takes lot of time to be completed

Our propery spread over more than 3000 sq mtr with 12 independent 2bhk villas thats why we need to some time to complete the food order. Paid to live with insects, cockroaches and lizards inside the room. As it is hot during the day time in the month of june, acs were required in both the rooms to make the stay more comfortable

We are appologise for the issue you have faced but this is very rare to find insects in our villa because we give priority to provide neat, clean and well hygine stay to our guests. Our villa situated at above 5000 feet among-st lush green hills so ac is not required in summers as it is a hill station. We obliged to host you as our guest please do refer us to your family and friends. We are willing to serve you again if you vista lansdowne in future.

Villa are good but upkeep is average. Very limited options for food. Worse part is weather which is quite hot as compared to other hill station. I will not recommend any body to visit during summers.

We agreed that june 2022 is hotter cam-pared to rest year but average temprature remained between 19 to 28 degree during peak summer in afternoon which is quiet acceptable for hill station, morning and evening temperature still plea-sent in any summer month but thank you for your valuable concern.
