It was a pleasant stay, very quite and close to nature. Staff and food is good as well. property is not very fancy but gives you a good feeling of homely stay in wooden cottage.

Poor Stay
Cleanliness issues, dirty linens, dirty n broken utensils, bed bugs, that smell in the blanket and the bed sheets, no hand shower in the bathroom, we had to use that mug every time we used the washroom, the stays was from 20th-23rd july but i n my sister checked out the very next day on 21 st july whereas we reached on 20th july 5 pm. , no barbeque, no bonfire, i am sorry to say but we cud barely get the food that could be eaten happily. Cleanliness was one thing but no human touch i couldn’t feel that i belong. I also choose airbnbs when it comes to stay, this was my first experience and i am totally shattered.

We have shared quite wonderful experience here in jai hari jungle homestay. There services are awesome at reasonable and affordable prices. Food was also tasty. Their nature was very polite and friendly. We had a safe and wonderful time there.

Its a nice place to stay, will try to come again. Food was average as there was not much variety. Like for breakfast they can add porridge and corn flakes in menu. In dry vegetables there was not much variety. They can add seasonal vegetables like brinjal lady finger etc.

Below is our complaint to MMT regarding Sunil Shah. Good afternoon, MMT Representative. Hope you are doing well. I wish I would have written to you in better times but I am forced to write to you today, about an unruly customer. Customer ( Sunil Shah, Mo- 756xxxxx24) had booked my property for 1 day. Post booking, MMT had shared all the location details with the member on his email & whatsapp. However, per the customer, he manually entered property location on google which took him to a wrong property. I shared the correct location with the customer once he called me & informed on the same. I specifically told the customer to follow location shared with him through MMT. The customer reached my property at 2:50 PM & was greeted by my staff. Even though it was after lunch hours, the staff cordially requested the guests for lunch, to which they refused. The customer then went on to call me and also create a ruckus at the property, disturbing other guests on the property. They were rude with my staff. Over the phone too, he misbehaved with me for over 30mins. This customer was also cursing & abusing my parents & kids in his local language. I instructed the customer that since this issue was not from an action from my end, he could very well go ahead and cancel the booking on the app. To this he denied and continuously forced me to refund his booking amount VIA CASH. I am sure, he would have taken cash from me and then checked-in to another property nearby. I would request you to please blacklist such customers who are rude to property owners and threaten to put negative reviews. Please see booking details in trailing email. Terrible Stay
Stay at jai hari jungle homestay was like staying in open jungle. Bed sheets were stinking, so many different types of insects were there inside the room. There was no proper lights at night. Bathroom was stinking. It's not an homestay because it doesn't look like a homestay, it's just a hotel with pathetic facilities. It's situated in a remote area and they don't even have generator during power cut. I booked that stay for 2 days but i vacated in 1 day itself. Fully waste of money. Will not recommend anyone to book this homestay at all.

Hello Sir. We apologise that we couldn't serve you better. Sincerely hoping you give us another chance to make your stay a much more comfortable one. 1. For future, if as a guest you find the bed linen not upto your standards, please reachout to our staff or me directly. I cross-checked with my staff and found no such complaints. Same goes for the toilets. 2.Please note, we are a homestay, amidst a jungle. Local fauna (small insects & spiders included) tend to be present everywhere. You could have reached out to the staff and get the insects removed from room premises. Also, insects collect around bulbs in the evening so closing the doors would help. We make sure, we DO NOT harm the local fauna and put them back in the wild. 3. Things have been mentioned in our description as well. I would like to update you that besides a 35kWH diesel generator, we do have two inverters that work as expected. So I am not sure why you would LIE in your review. Next time, please talk to us if & when you have issues.

Super place to spend time
Good people, great cook, awesome and spacious property. We 3 families travel-led and stayed together. The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced.

Perfect gateway
The hotel was excellent; all staff were very cooperative. The location is also excellent, perfect for families or bachelors. The food is excellent, the location is superb, making it a perfect gateway for a trip.

Location - very good food - very good but rate little higher side. Stay - comfortable parking - critically good serving boy - excellent manager - not so attentive and casual approach. Overall very good experience
