We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet — truly a peaceful and cozy haven. The atmosphere is serene, making it the perfect escape from the chaos of daily life. Every corner of the property exudes charm and comfort, creating a home-away-from-home experience. A special mention must go to the incredible staff. Each and every member was genuinely warm, attentive, and courteous, going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Their hospitality made all the difference and added a personal touch that’s hard to find. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and be truly cared for in a picturesque setting.

This property provides a stunning view of mountains. The properties amazing its one of the best properties I've ever stayed in Manali. It's on the road. It also has an ample space for parking your car. The food is quite amazing. The staff is really really helpful. The rooms are very clean and the balcony offers. This view of river, which is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this properties for friends, kids and families.

We visited in around mid January and after a nights road journey we were at The Pine Chalet, exactly where we needed to be. Our host Deepak was kind and approachable. This is a must stay place if you like peace and quiet yet cosy rooms and amazing views. Thank you for the wonderful stay and hospitality, we will surely visit again.

The room, attic, was very bug yet cozy. The service received from amit was heart warming. They have good collection of books and indoor games that we enjoyed playing in our room! stayed for 2 nights and the experience was great. Highly recommended.

Cute little property, a little distant from the hustle bustle of the crowded city (can be a pro and a con. Scenic view from the rooms and very efficient and hands on with service. The rooms were spacious. A few cons of the place were that the cleaning wasn’t up to the mark, the bathrooms need an upgrade and they need at-least a fan in the rooms.

The pine chalet is a beautiful property located at an offbeat location which is so serene and surrounded by water bodies. The staff is so helpful and cooperative that they looked after us more than a family. Bhaveek is an amazing host and they never leave their guests unattended

We stayed for 2 nights. We selected rooms with balcony and mountain view and the view was mesmerising. The staff was humble and very helpful. We were treated as family. The property is under staffed and hence the food services were slow. But worth the money. Food was tasty and quality was good. We heard amazing stories from staff during bonfire. Overall service rating 4. 5 out of 5.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
